I'm moving out to LA in 2 weeks and I want to know if this is a good area to live. The address is:

According to Google Maps, it is quite close to Olympic Boulevard, which is a busy throughway. Centrury City is close by as are West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Westwood, with some decent night life due to its proximity to UCLA.
The Miracle Mile area has some nice older apartments and quite streets. You may find it to be quite nice because. I lived on the West Side (Culver City) for many years and am a Native Californian, currently living in Long Beach.

LA is not a good place to live period
its full of negative energy
seriously....if you have another option...think about it.
