Walking, running, jumping rope, swimming laps, basketball, tennis, skipping....pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes.

Might sound stupid but, skipping is excellent cardio to do at home and in a small area. That's why boxers skip. It's a highly intense form of exercise.

Have you heard of Billy Blanks, he is excellent. He does Tae Bo and has all kinds of things out on dvd. Go to collagevideo.com and pick something out, there are plenty of different types of cardio workouts there for you. You can view them all before purchasing too.

Do you have any stairs in your house? Go up two steps and down two steps or four steps for several minutes and you will get a good workout. If you don't have stairs, you can buy stools or exercise steps that will work. Good luck with it.

Walking briskly, jogging, dancing, aerobics (DVDs, videos, or on TV) and jumping rope are all good at home options as well.
