Hi- I am looking to step up my business into a new 23,000 square foot warehouse in Florida. I am trying to estimate my electric bill with the air conditioning. The entire space will have A/C and the ceilings are 25 feet tall and the building will be insulated. I will keep the temp. around 80. I know it will be a lot but does anyone have any idea of how much, or a ball park idea for the summer months, $1,000, $2,000, $5,000 per month?

Sorry, a lot depends on the 'heat gain` of the building.
Roof color, efficiency of insulation, shading, orientation , how often & widely the doors open, etc.
With 25' Ceilings you will have to keep a lot of air in motion so even with a low 'delta T` your costs will be considerable.
