For my family I cooked a small hen seasoned with garlic, fresh corn on the cob that I purchased yesterday at the grocery store, zucchini that was sliced and steamed, and baked potatoes. :)

My religion played no part in it.

I'm vegetarian but the kids aren't.

I made them grilled marinated chicken, tossed salad, corn-on-the-cob, and fruit salad for dessert.

I had a bowl of fresh pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced mango, blueberries, and a dollop of vanilla yougurt.

My beliefs play no part in what we eat, we simply prefer healthy foods.
