Depends. Are they BOTH bolt actions or semi-automatics? Are they right or left-handed? Most importantly, are the actions AND barrels of the same dimensions and sizing? If you can't off the top of your head answer these, then I'd get them BOTH measured and checked out BEFORE doing any swapping of stocks. Myself, I'd just go and buy a new wood composite stock. It's made of wood, and it behaves like a polymer does. The best of both worlds, yet I digress.
