Blasphemer is probably the closest you'll get.
I want to take this opportunity to correct all those who have suggested Agnostic.
Agnostic does not mean any of things that have been said here. Agnostics are not "not sure" whether god exists or not. Agnostics are not "on the fence" about what religion is the right religion. Agnostic does not mean whatever the hell you want it to because you don't understand what it means.
The correct definition of Agnosticism is the intelligent conclusion that the nature, let alone the mind or opinion, of a god IS NOT KNOWN and CANNOT BE KNOWN by anyone.
Whatever there may be beyond what is known one may theorise and hypothesise about, but that is all.

It rather depends on which god you're talking about. If you're referring to the god of Abraham, then Satanist or some analogue would be appropriate.
Hatred of the Abrahamic god (or more precisely, hatred of the effects of its actions) is mentioned in the Summa Theologica, but curiously no word seems to have been coined to describe such a position.

I don't believe there is any such term. How can one hate something they do not believe in. They have to believe it is real if they hate it! Otherwise it makes no sense.

Don't think there is a term...not atheist because they believe God exists (atheists don't). Agnostic is too broad...perhaps another term needs to be added to describe people that acknowledge the existence of God AND hate him.
I had two ideas...
"Autophobic Agnostic" (autophobia is self-hatred...someone that acknowledge that God is the creator and hate him is technically hating himself too.)
"Agnostic Anarchist" (anarchists reject authority)
Personally, I prefer the term "hurting"...hate is a destructive emotion that ultimately causes pain to the people that feel (and act on) it...and it is usually felt (and acted on) by people that are already in pain. Happy, contented people don't generally feel hate!

Every is conditonally happenned. If the existence of god is there, people can hate him or love him. If the god is not existing, people also can hate him and love him. People love or hate are basing on their own benefit to move his standpoint. Where is it?

Theists. There is no question mark after your question because you have used exactly the permitted number of characters in your question, leaving no room for a question mark.

Luciferists probably. It's not satanism nor agnostic. Satanism is the worship of ones self as a god. Agnostic is your not sure if theres a god but your not sure theres not a god. Definitely Luciferism.
