Barring the idea that it's physically impossible without lots of plastic surgery and matentence...
If you're active, smart and funny you've got a better chance than if you just look young. My aunt was 32 when she met my uncle and he was 69 then. The family adjusted after some shock.
It also depends on what age group you're going for. If you want to date younger people, I'm going to say people in their 40's at best. But do you really want someone with such little life experience in comparison to your own?
