most states have a longhorn bbq. also, if you can find a tony roma's, you will be in bbq heaven!! just thinking about their short ribs and smoked sausage has me drooling!!

Tony Roma is a chain......you will never get good anything from a chain. Go to Memphis and try "Corky's." You will have to stand in line but it is worth it.

get yourself to NORTH CAROLINA.................we have the best BBQ.....eastern or western style. you will learn the diff when you get there.
not to mention everything else N.C. has to offer, from the ocean to the mountains.
