oh you poor clueless thing. he means he wants to have sex with you. you giving him a hug from the bottom means that he's on top of you and you have your arms/and or legs wrapped around him as in the missionary sex position. if he wants to be on the bottom it means he wants you ride him. he probably didn't mean it literally, could've been joking though. it's kind of funny.
