Why don't you try the magnetic diet, a regimen of diet, exercise, yoga and chanting. check out http://www.magnetic-diet.com/six-pack-abs.html

It comes highly recommended from my friends and co-workers.

To firm up abs you have to also do a good cardio workout to burn the fat that lays over the muscle. You can work on a muscle all day, but unless you shed the fat over it you wont see the results you want. You need to elevate your heart rate for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week. This means raising your heart rate for this time frame nonstop. Fat will not start burning off until you have gotten your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes straight. The ab lounge doesnt look like it would work. An ab roller would, or tummy excercises done on an excercise ball.

I'm pregnant (first trimester) and have an ab lounge. I dont use it. Im not sure if it is safe but it just doesnt seem safe. I have a stationary bike and my doctor said that was okay. I spin for 30 minutes most days. I would recommend spinning and walking in moderation but I just don't think the ab lounge is ideal in pregnancy.

Well, sorry to break the news to you, but that Ablounge is a really lousy piece of equipment. Trust me, all of the fitness models in their ads did NOT get that way using that thing. If you really want to see your abs, the most important thing to do is lower your bodyfat % through a comprehensive fitness program, and not one that relies on a gimmick like the Ablounge.
You'd be much better off returning the Ablounge (which, by the way, actually provides very poor biomechanics for working the abs) and invest in a true fitness program. Two you might want to check out would be Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto and Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne. You can find them here:

No, from experience it's a waste of money and you have to go on a diet to see results you might as well do crunches, sit ups, reverse crunches, leg lifts, twists, etc... with some cardio and a clean diet then you'll get results. Save your $100.00 bucks.

The secret should be the word lounge.
Does a lounge singer really work?

How long does it take to see results? Take a trial and you will get the result.

It should work. The thing that makes it all work is to move.I understand that the Chinese believe you get old if you stop moving.I`m not working out at this time and I feel my age.I plan to start doing it again. It`s alot of hard work but it pays off.It takes like 3 mounths to feel or see the result's of all the hell you put yourself through.Soon enough it starts to get easier as you enjoy how you feel and you start to like working out. It`s hard to take that step and it always goes back to step 1 each time you start again.Dive in and push to see who you are and hold own to your best.Just find what you want and live it.
