I think it is a good deal, I mean other VoIP providers provide their services for cheaper price but I think no other VoIP can beat Vonage's quality and reliability.

i had it for a while and liked it. every once in a while you will get some strange digital blips. if you need perfect sound quality it's not the best option but if you just need an inexpensive home phone, vonage is for you.

It is a good deal. I got better deals through Lingo though and switched over to them. I get unlimited local calls and free calls to europe (and I call europe A LOT) all for $25 a month.

We have no complaints.

We used to spend $300+ per month with AT&T calling long distance to South America (my wife is from Paraguay). Now we spend about $80. And that includes the $25 per month base fee that gives us unlimited minutes to anywhere in the U.S.
