If I'm a minor will I get alot of hours or just a few? I'm in Indiana and I'd like to know what to expect? What do I need for work? I will be working in an ICE CREAM SHOP! (If I'm lucky enough to get hired)

LOL - no, you shouldn't "expect" to be hired for any job, much less your first job. Most people apply to, and interview at, several or even dozens companies before getting a job offer.

However, since it is an ice-cream store, they are no doubt used to teens with no skills or experience, and are prepared to train you appropriately if you can demonstrate a good attitude and eagerness to learn in your interview.

Since you are probably a student, you will be limited to part time work, around 10-20 hours per week. You can discuss this with the manager during the interview. Let her know what your schedule is and when you are available.
You will probably need a set of basic "work clothes" depending on the store's uniform. Most stores require that all employees wear, for example, a white shirt with black pants, or some similar look, but you can choose what style shirt and pants. They will provide you with a smock or hat if they want you to wear one, but you need to provide the rest of your clothes.

You might very well get hired. I'm sure turnover is pretty high in an Ice Cream Shop. A minor will probably get maybe 15 hours a week, plus or minus 5.

If they are interviewing you, then you probably have a reasonable chance of being hired - it depends on how many people they are interviewing, and you won't know that.

As to the hours, you'll have to ask the interviewer, since that will depend on their needs and will vary from place to place.

Good luck.
