Note that you won't get Gore personally. Hundreds of people have been trained to do the slide show, so you'll get one of those.
EDIT - I also like the suggestion just below for using a scientist instead. Not so much the debate - to accurately represent the situation you'd have to make it 100:1, making it 1 on 1 would be a unacceptably gross distortion of the views of the scientific community.
I think the presentation would have more appeal to a wide audience coming from a scientist, although clearly "Gore's stuff" is a sales pitch that will draw some people.

Excellent answer from = ^_^ =, would be good to put both sides of the debate across.
If you're specifically wanting Al Gore you can contact him using the details below but as Bob says, it's unlikely you'll get Gore in person; but you never know unless you try.
Either submit a scheduling request to Al Gore, fax a one page request to his Nashville office at fax number 615-327-1323 or you can submit a request in writing via his office...
Office of the Honorable Al Gore
2100 West End Avenue Suite 620
Nashville, TN 37203

Leave Al Gore at home. Why waste the energy needed to fly him in when you already know what he is going to say?
Plus, he needs to stay and watch over his property more. Did you know that the pool house at just one of his homes used over $500 a month in utility bills last year? That alone is probably more than 2-3 times what an average home uses. For just his pool house.
If he was so convinced of just a part of what he says, then it would sicken him to see all the energy wasted around him and because of him. And, he didn't actually try to start adding energy efficiency to his Nashville house until after the hypocrisy was revealed concerning his bills and energy usage.

Maybe you could contact your nearest university and see if you can get some real scientists to speak instead? Perhaps you could get scientists on both sides of the issue and have a debate? You could also let the audience speak their concerns and opinions in an open forum. You could even have some people from your town's government come up with proposals to help the environment and have a poll at the end of the program where the audience can vote how they feel about each one.

Yeah ask a scientist. Al gore has his heart in the right place but some of what he says is a bit to speculative.
