how to fight?

suggestions:

for striking: muay thai ,boxing, sanshou, kyokushin and shidokan karate.

for grappling: judo , brazilian jiujutsu, wrestling, sambo.

Im sure your school has a wrestling team, join up. Not only will they teach you what you need to know, but the best part is its free because its through your school.

Now if you want to learn striking, then see if your local gym has a boxing program. Most people say muay thai kickboxing, and yea if your area has a gym then go take that instead, but the problem with muay thai is that there arent alot of gyms around to teach it, and if you dont live in a major city then you probably wont find one.

But despite what any idiots would say on here, DO NOT hit anyone in their throat, you can kill someone and then you wont be fighting your school bully, you will be fighting your cell mate in prison.

Lower your head to waist level just like taking a bow, then charge at whoever it is you wanna fight and try to hit him in the solar plexus with the top of your head, if you miss, try again and again til you hit him. It would help if you snort and Moo while you are charging at him, it'll scare him speechless and give you a chance to catch him off guard. Just watch out if he pulls out a red handkerchief, coz once he does, your number's up and it'll be your balls adorning the soup in the cantina next door : P

See what different fighting schools are on your area be it a Martial Arts school, boxing. Any form of fighting art or self defense art that can help you.

GO to their class and see if you can try one or two out after you watch one and see if you like what you see and then see if you like what you train in.

THere are so many styles to choose from and both good and bad teachers the best way to find out is to go to them and check them out.

I do recommend you do not not sign the first place you go but of course if you like them keep them on your ok list. make a list of a few places you do like and then choose which you think is best for you.

When it comes to fightting... the best defense is to not even be in one. Avoid at all cost. take a lesson from the animals. They only fight when cornered. You need to have some good running shoes for starters. If you are cornered, your survival instincts will kick in and you will find a way to defend yourself.

look up what kinds of dojos they have around you

research their different fighting style
pick one you like
