Feng Shui is not a religion nor a secret cult -- it is an ancient Chinese art and science which looks at the flow of divine energy in a space.
Divine energy or God is just there -- Feng Shui doesn't make you an athiest -- if anything, it makes you more of a believer in spiritual essence and the balance of all life.

Feng Shui is a harmless superstition, I suppose, because somebody's belief in it does not harm me, although it may harm the believer if things don't go right despite their having a door painted red or whatever. If there is no deity involved, then I guess the term "atheist" would apply, although I think a superstitious atheist is an oxymoron. In other words, I don't think there are very many atheists that would go there.

Atheism is a case of not believing in a God. Feng shui does not involve Gods of any kind.

yes, Feng Shui is not a religion nor a god. so the word atheist still applies.
i would put that in about the same category as believing in Astrology.

an atheist is someone who does not believe in god.
fengshui is not a belief, not a religion, not a superstition, not a philosophy.
to most people, fengshui can mean a lot of things, because most of these people got their information from published fengshui books written in english, or from the internet.
fengshui to begin with originated in china, some say that it is a fruit of vastu of india, not of the western world.
after you have built your house according to fengshui, most fengshui practitioners/ masters do not tell you what the designs/ changes are for. the reason for this is that it is not necessary for the occupants to believe what the fengshui is about.
so, can you be an atheist if you believe in fengshui?
no, because fengshui is like living in a house that has been altered by fengshui practitioners - you do not have to practice fengshui, just live your life the way you want it.

Yes.
Atheism is one thing only: there are no deities.
Chi is not a deific force, it is the life force. Therefore, an atheist can believe in Chi and still be an atheist.

You can be considered an atheist if you believe there are no gods. If you think you'll be happier because your sofa is further away from your bin, that's your business.

To your hearts content. There is no god in fengshui. Qi is merely energy.
