English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Russian are the main languages used at the United Nations.

Have a look at their website:
www.un.org

Before you finally set your heart on working for the UN, try whether you really like the way they work. Take part in the High School Model United Nations (or some other Model UNs). That will give you a better insight, and besides that Model UNs are great fun.

Learning a different language isn't un-American however I might say that during America you relatively do not must realize any further than English (the exception being in a few small constituents of the South-West in which Spanish turns into indispensable), so I would possibly not gain knowledge of a different language considering the fact that there is not any motive for me to considering the fact that I am an American.

Well... stay in school and concentrate on mastering English. Your grasp of it, thus far, leaves much to be desired.
