If you don't care any more about this person than what you have expressed here, then do everyone a favor and stay home.
Maybe it's about time you grow up.

Sorry to hear about all the losses. However if that is really happening and these people are not close releatives. One way not to wear black, dont go. Another way. Wear something else. while everyone is mourning I would wear white. Were human and selfish and we want that person here, we should be celebrating thier life.

I think seeing death helps you learn to really live each moment to the fullest. We will all be that person in the casket sooner than we think.I am sorry for your losses.

I understand. I felt the same way when I had to go to a couple in close proximity. It's like, enough!

well gee how inconvenient for you to be bothered with all these people dying........don't go if it pi$$es you off so much.......sorry to sound harsh but re read your question and it really comes off as quite nasty.............the funerals I have gone to in my life have been huge losses in my life and the only thoughts and feelings I had was OMG they have gone, not oh sh*t got to drag the black out again.

I can't tell if you are needing sympathy for your losses or are being totally self-centered for seeing these funerals as an inconvenience for yourself.

I get what you are saying, and it's tough to be around so much sadness and grief.
But people don't usually check with us if it's convenient for us when they die.
