What is the best way to get rid of scars, that is fast but doesn't leave a rash or anything???

i can tell you a home recipe which worked for me...
mix turmeric powder... honey, lime, milk into paste and apply around the face... let it dry and then wash off... continue until your scars are gone.. they get lightened first and slowly disappear... good luck :)

mederma . it's a cream that they sell in the drugstore / pharmacy. over the counter. it's expensive, (like $20) but sooooo worth it. it works on scars and stretch marks.
