My cat like's to dig in the mulch...

give it some mittens or something it cant dig with stubs... hope this helps

This is a problem?

Mulch needs to be turned anyway, and I'm sure he/she can't move THAT much off the pile. Cat pee isn't caustic like a dogs, so that isn't an issue (my front flower garden florishes with cat pee!).

What's the issue? I don't see anything that needs to be done except maybe raking up a little bit of it that is off the pile.

they got cat sprays that can keep her from going in or just use plain old vineger in a spray bottle should do the trick
