Yes it can, but usually the more intense pain is in the lower right side of your abdomen. If you are having pain in your stomach along with the other pain it is called referred pain. The nerves that allow you to sense pain in organs often also allow you to sense pain in other areas...thereby causing pain in multiply areas. However, stomach pain can also be due to viruses, foods you've eaten, doing a hard abdomen workout, etc.

If you believe you have an appendicitis (inflammation of your appendix) then I suggest you go to your Primary Care Physician for a checkup.

yes. but it could be gallbladder pain..if it is on the right side and happens frequently after eating certain foods this could be a sign of it..but appendix could also be the problem..it can be removed if it is a problem
