it is a simple office procedure to remove a mole, not surgery.
You should not remove a mole yourself, as it should be examined by a doctor for signs of cancer. Not to mention that without the proper equipment, they bleed like crazy and infect easily.

I think there are some methods that use lasers to get rid of moles. In years past, people that needed to have them removed, would always have to have them cut off or cut out. Now, there is much talk about using lasers to zap them away. Check with a dermatologist and good luck !

Go to a dermatologist. I've had this done lots of time. Also, they need to send it to the lab and have it tested for skin cancer and melanoma. Skin cancer is usually not bad...they can usually get all of it. Melanoma is the one you have to worry about. Get early treatment for it. I wouldn't wait. Every time I find something on me, I go to the dermatologist. The last time they said it was nothing to worry about and didn't need to be removed...unless it was bothering me or for vanity purposes It doesn't hurt...they deaden it first. Don't pick at it...and don't put off going to the dermatologist. Most family drs. won't do this anymore and will refer you to a dermatologist. Save the money you'd spend getting the referal and go strait to the dermatologist. Good Luck.

I don't think there's any other way to get rid of moles except to have them laser it out.

Moles happen to be growths which might arise just about anywhere. Moles may be taken off through surgery, or better yet using many home remedies.

Surgery treatment is costly, costing from around $100-$400 and might result in skin damage. Home cures are actually inexpensive and might remove ugly skin moles in just a few days with no keloids.

Natural home remedies may inlcude onion, cumin seeds, or fresh pineapple juice applied over a short time.
