School starts again soon doesn't it? Are you excited about being in the 5th grade? They'll probably have fish sticks for you a few times a week, won't that be nice?

The Grand Canyon's age has nothing to do with Catholics eating fish on Friday. Catholics can eat whatever they want on Fridays, with the exception of Lenten Fridays.
Catholics abstain from meat on Lenten Fridays as a personal sacrifice that, hopefully, helps one discern the deeper meanings of Christ's Sacrifice for us.
Fish is a popular substitute for meat on Lenten Friday's, most likely because of the fish's strong symbolism of Jesus in the Bible.

Catholics do penance on Fridays (at lest they are supposed to, one way of doing this is abstaining from meat) becase Jesus suffered for our salvation on a Friday. Jesus lives today and forever, because He rose from the dead.
I cannot fit the Grand Canyon into this. Sorry.

lots of those solutions completely pass over the factor. it is not that technological know-how is self correcting yet that it is incorrect and it is wrongly enterpreted and merely as important one individual says 10 million years isn't something? 10 million years isn't something? i does not precisely define 10 million 3 hundred and sixty 5 days corrections an exact technological know-how.To compound the project it isn't any longer something new. Scientists have argued the age of the earth for particularly a protracted time and their estimates variety from tens of millions to 1000's of milions of years. while human beings take convenience interior the declare technological know-how is self correcting I say hooray yet while will all of us be attentive to while that's ultimately maximum suitable? till then they are merely knowledgeable guesses no longer info. no want for smugness. by using the way i'm no longer suggsting the earth is 6000 years. Edit: Don the bible makes no declare as to the earth's age so it relatively won't be an argument for me. yet some people who have not have been given any project ridiculing Christian ideals have not have been given any ought to experience any superiority. Their place transformations and that they by no ability experience the ought to declare we've been incorrect they only say we are "self correcting".

The Catholic Church follows the Biblical practice of Jesus Christ and the Jews in setting aside days where the entire Church fasts and prays as one in a attitude of constant renewal.
Fridays were chosen as a day to abstain from meat because Jesus died for us on Good Friday.
Fasting is one of the three methods of interior penance along with prayer and almsgiving.
With love in Christ.

The Grand Canyon is around 5 million years old. Jesus never existed, and days of the week are made up.

I eat fish whenever I can.
I love fish.
And I don't really care what day of the week it is.
