to have something not low in fat to eat ,just for a treat,like a kebab or sumin,i'm on a diet and have been sticking to it but i've some scotch pies in the fridge that are calling me..would it hurt for 1 night??

Oh, I love scotch pies! And they would taste Soooo much better when you shouldn't have one. Go on, you know you want to!!

I only eat stuff like that if I am exercising later that day ie aerobics or running. I would struggle with a pie as I would get severe indigestion as I am no longer accustomed to rich high fat foods!!

i am not sure what alcho munchied means, but i think that every now and again a little naughty treat is actually GOOD for you - it means you dont feel like you are depriving yourself...

...AS LONG AS ... you just have that one treat, and then you adhere to your diet strictly

I'd eat the filling and not the pastry - carbs are the most fattening bit x
