Yes! I can take care of myself in the bathroom, and I don't want to have to tip them just to hand me a towel!

In some places, it could be nice, especially at a busy bar or casino, where there's a lot of traffic in and out of the restroom. Then it's as though someone is watching to make sure that predators don't come into the restroom for harassment and also, the restrooms are much cleaner because someone is there to avert any problems.
However, if it were a quiet, infrequently used restroom, it could definitely be uncomfortable to be alone in the restroom with only an attendant.

No, especially if it is in a place that sees a lot of "traffic" like the airport or the casino. Those restrooms are usually very clean and I hate dirty public restrooms.They keep people from smoking, doing vandalism, not flushing. If there's something nasty it gets taken care of right away. Also , if it is crowded they keep the line moving so you can go sooner because people (girls anyway) like to stand around in front of the stalls or the sinks talking and in the way of people who really do have to go. If I need to wash my hands , the bathroom attendant will make someone at the sink who is doing their makeup step aside and let me so I can go. I always give a tip for the bathroom attendant. I feel uncomfortable in filthy restrooms like the ones at gas stations or port-o-pottys.

if it is a crowded restroom at aclub then no
but if im like the only one in there and i have to do #2 i am VERY uncomfortable.

Yes, mainly due to the fact that I resent being expected to tip someone for handing me soap or a towel. I have been managing quite well doing those things for myself for years now.

YES! I totally agree with Rainbow.... they're just standing there handing you paper towels and pointing at a free cubicle (I can find it myself, thanks), and they expect to be tipped...!!
