i have plans to go for this feild after doing my mbbs !! plzz help me out !!

It is high stress, takes at least a masters degree but you can earn a nice sum. Seeing that you struggle to spelling, you might want to reconsider.

This is a very, very high stress field. I suggest you do some "informational interviews" w/ people already doing the job just to make sure that you really want this. I don't know anyone very happy in this field, but it does pay well...

The moneys pretty good I hear. My son is working on his Masters in Hosp. Admin.. Says start out is around $100,000.00
