WELL followin that logic, if u say that somebody had to create the world, then someone HAD to create god. and those answers sayin that god has always existed do not make any sense at all because if i say that the world has always existed, then u say its impossible.

i am glad some people makes that observation.

the most rational a theist can say is that god was created by another god and so on into infinity, each a million times more advanced than the last.

at least thats what they have to do if they use the "must be designed" argument.

God has always existed. There is no beginning to time. I know this is hard to understand, but we are just humans and we cannot possibly understand everything about Him.

You're right! However, if you end up being wrong, what is your risk? Eternal damnation in hell, right?. However, if I end up being wrong, I don't lose anything. Don't get me wrong, this is not why i believe in creation and that is not why i believe that God is my Savior and Healer of my sins, I believe becuase of His Word and becuase even if I lived on a deserted island, even the rocks would cry out and say that "I am God" becuase his creation is so magnificant. Hope this helps!

If God always existed, then it's possible for things to have always existed. If that's true, then why couldn't the universe have always existed?

It's because our brains cannot immagine something with no beginning or end. We'll see someday though. You just have to believe.
