Hard to speak for all guys, but I personally don't like talking very much, but I don't tell someone I will call and don't, I just usually don't call. I've had girlfriends who I've really liked and didn't call them very much. I would tell him to not say he will call though if he doesn't plan on calling you. He probably just says he will call so he can exit the conversation. I wouldn't take it personal. That and maybe what you talk about isn't very interesting to him. I'm bored by alot of people alot of people are bored by me.

Find a man who can follow through. If he says he'll call and doesn't, what else will he drop the ball on?

Um - him loving you is in question. What was he doing that was so important?

He loves you? It's not love that is at issue here.. it's respect. And don't they both go hand in hand?

Guys often don't think of the little things as us women do they get preoccupied with other things, they don't mean to intentionally hurt us. I would remind him that if he says he is going to call then call if not then say when the next time you will speak or what time he will see you and be on time!!

I'm a guy and I can say it is because we are guys! We are different. The center of our emotional world is different. It is the Mars and Venus thing. It is not because we want to hurt you or make you angry. We just don't think like that.
Sorry, but that is how we are.

Its an age old question that we'll never really know the answer to. I think they just get their mind on other things. They forget. Also, they don't want to feel like they are talking to you 24/7. They NEED a little distance.

Guys rarely think "I need to call". It's an internal fault I suppose. I know my husband HATES being on the phone. I think most men just don't like being on the phone. Don't take it too personally.

its just the way men are! what you need to look at is the amount of time you spend together if it is not that much then maybe he isn't worth it. find someone who has time to call you & spend time with you.
