what would be a good hotel for a honeymoon in new york - I'd like somewhere central like central park, and preferably a 4+ star hotel

Another vote for the Ritz. It's the place to snuggle in....you wouldn't to leave your room!! (ohh....yes..)

The Belvedere (48th St, 8th Ave)I Can't remember the hotel *. But it's a 10/10 when i stayed there June-July!
It is 5 mins from Times Square, 7 Mins from Central Park!
But It's in a lovely quiet street!
I'd Go Back There Again!

These are the top ten romantic hotels here in NYC accornding to GAYOT.com They are all in Manhattan so your colse to the park for and i recommend that you an your hubby take a bottle of wine or whatever you like and go to 59th Street and Central Park South bet 5th & 6th Aves
across from The Plaza Hotel and take a Horse-drawn carriage ride very romantic will put you in the mood!!!

I travel to New York about eight times a year on business. I like the Marriott Marquis on Times Square - everything you would want in a hotel. For a more reasonable rate, you might also check out the Marriott Residence Inn on Sixth Avenue, around 42nd. You get a full refrigerator, stove, flat-screen TV, microwave, etc. You also get breakfast in the morning and a nice appetizer with free beer and wine in the early evening (except weekends). Try it!

a honey moon shuld be manly about love making and connecting are you new york is the best place as there is absolute loads to do there you would have alot of time to just bond with your hubs the place is so overwhelming too very stressfull for a honey moon i would not recomend it really
