In Mexico, that's why she won't tell anyone who he is, then she would be accused of "separating a family" by illegally entering the USA to drop her anchor baby, and leaving the Mexican father back in Mexico.

The tramp illegal probably does not know who he is, or rather than getting child support for her son from him, she has decided to get wellfare and all the other perks her American child would be entitled to.
