I don't believe that is possible anymore. First of all you must show proof of marriage. You must fill out the proper paperwork and send it in to immigration if you are gonna petition for anyone.

They must meet all the requirements to become legal. You might have to pay a fine on top of all the costs of the legal process. Don't be a fool be responsible. Being a citizen of this great country is a privelege not a right.

It used to be easy to marry someone and therefore getting them a green card but not anymore. So I suggest you think twice about marrying someone who will pay you money for getting them a green card. It doesn't sound like the type of honest person this country needs anyway.

should be deportation to the country that you are now a dual citizen, along with the person that doesn't have a green card, so you both can start the process at the end of the line like everyone else.
This is of course if the only purpose of the marriage was to obtain citizenship.

Prison. You will not only be charged for illegally obtaining the green card, you will be charged with fraud against the United States of America, spying, and bribery, amongst other immigration crimes too long to be named. The person you helped will get off much more lightly. Simply deportation for them. Your sentence will be long, and it will be at a maximum security penitentiary.

fines and jail time I think. besides its not that easy to just get married and get someone a green card. you have to prove that you are living as husband and wife for at least 5 years. Don't do it. Its not worth it. If its not for love you may just be wasting five years of you life.
