Best would be to do a excision biopsy to ascertain nature of this lesion.
Good luck!

You said "doctors" does this mean you got a second opinion, and you still don't know anything? We need a little more detail to answer thoroughly.
If you haven't already you should definitely see a dermatologist. It is possible to get pimples directly under a mole. It could be that. Ask your dermatologist. If it is not caused by a pimple then you should get it biopsied. Any change in pigmentation on or around a mole should be noted and taken very seriously.

I would think the doctors would have done a biopsy to determine whether the mole is harmless or malignant. I'd get another opinion. If the doctors are unsure, how would anyone on here know? See a specialist such as a dermatologist.

No offense but if the doctors are unsure what it is, how is anybody here on yahoo answers going to be able to help you? The doctor should take a biopsy of it. Have they done that yet? If not, call your doctor for an appointment and talk to him/her about it. They are going to be able to help you FAR more than anybody here, we don't know your history, and we can't see the mole.
Hope this helps. Good Luck! :-)

You should have it 'surgically removed' and sent to pathology ... BE SURE that they also remove the 'solid white circle.' I doubt it's cancer, but it could be ... but that 'solid white circle' means that it's not getting enough blood supply and could cause 'problems' much larger than if you have it removed surgically NOW.

obviously you have come to the right place... I have a doctor's manual and it says that it could be either a bruise from a pipe wrench or just regular house cancer....take your pic

Ring worm maybe, or maybe you scratched it and made it bleed and now it's infected.
