I know that there are about 20 or 23 different dog breeds that look like Pits, but I don't know them all.

There are many that look like APBT's. American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, and Dogo Argentinos resemble APBT's the most (my opinion). Some people will even mistake a Presa Canario for a rather large Pit.

Type in "Pit Bull Game" and click on the first link and it will show you all the breeds that are mistaken for Pit Bulls. the game is that you have to find the pit bull in the bunch.

There are many breeds that are just different types of pits, is that what you're thinking of? Some boxers or a bull mastiffs have similarities to a pit.

I used to have a Boxer and alot of dumb people used to think that she was a pit. But I have notice lately that there are many differnt looks of the Pit. some have smashed faces others pointy noses

there are acouple like the American Staffordshire terrier, the Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, and the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, the boxer also looks like one, but the ones above are the ones at look alot like a pit bull.

there is no such thing as a "pit bull family" Pit bulls are not a breed they are a class of dogs which can come from basically any mixof breeds

i only know one. its the american staffordshire terrier, they are in the pit bull family
