I know that there is a correct order but what it is I am not sure . They say if you do it wrong you can really mess your hair up. So which is it???

I'm not absolutely sure, but I would guess color and then perm.

First you Perm your hair then, you Rinse it because most perms have sodium hydroxide you don't want to mix that with a peroxide (found in a bleach or dye) Your hair will fall out,so go with a rinse instead. A Rinse will give you the color (temp) while conditioning the follicles.
If you must color it permanent your suppose to wait 2 weeks, to give your pores a chance to close from the first process. Make sure your hair isn't damaged or splitting before hand.

Im a cosmo so i can help you. You really shouldnt do both together because it will fry your hair, so heres what you do you perm your hair them wait about 2 week them do the color however within that two week youll need to do conditioning treatments that way it will be less harsh on your hair. For the conditioning treatment you can buy them at pritty much any beauty supply and youll put them on wet hair at night with a cap and sleep with it on then in the morning you can either rinse it out or wash it out. however dont do it every night other wise your hair will become limp and youll have flat curls. I would suggest twice a week.

a perm comes first then u suppose 2 wait a few days b4 getting a perm thats what my dresser told me i was tryna to get them the same day but she told me it was a big risk and my hair might come out cuz i was mixing the chemicals with the color and whateva was in the bottle with the color.

You should get the perm first because it helps make your hair grow and the color would grow out if you had it put in first..Trust me I put a perm in my hair first and then a couple of weeks later I got my hair colored...Don't put a perm and color in at the same time because the chemicals in them can take your hair out...

Perm then about 2 weeks later colour. Perms strip colour!

Well if you color it first then perm it, the perm can fade your color.
