All of a sudden I got a huge neck pain. It feels kind of like I pulled a muscle in my neck. Does anyone have any remedies to cure neck pains?

these type of sudden muscle spasms are quite common. Place a moist heating pad on the back of your neck for fifteen minutes, afterwards massage an analgesic cream into the area. This should help loosen the muscles. Advil liquid capsules would be helpful to reduce the pain. Take them four times daily.

If you don't feel better in a few days see a chiropractor for relief.

So..
I found many interesting info about sciatica here: http://curesciatica.toptips.org

While looking for a miracle cure, it has to be understood that sciatica pain in itself is not a disease. It is actually a symptom or a group of symptoms with an underlying cause that needs to be targeted if some sort of permanent pain relief is what one is looking for. But one thing is absolutely clear. Incorporating a few exercises that have a beneficial effect on sciatica pain in daily regime is of great help and whether a patient is taking drugs or not, these exercises ensure that his muscles are kept in a toned condition that lessen any flare up of pain. Just a few stretching exercises can bring about a drastic change in the levels of pain and signify the importance of exercise in the management of sciatica pain.

A Closer Look at Neck Pain Relief

Neck pain afflicts many people at some point in their life - two-thirds of American adults report having experienced at least one incidence of neck pain in their lives. You can strain your neck during exercise, at work, or even something as simple as turning over in your sleep. It’s an ailment so common that it has even earned it’s own colloquialism. But while your boss, neighbor, or even children can all be a real “pain in the neck” sometimes, so can the pain in your neck!

So how do you get rid of it? There are many treatments for neck pain relief, ranging from at-home remedies and physical therapy to alternative treatments like chiropractic and acupuncture. Over-the-counter and prescription medications like acetaminophen (Tylenol) can alleviate pain, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory aids (NSAIDS) reduce inflammation too. Surgery may be necessary to correct a displaced cervical disc.

Deciding which therapy to undergo depends on factors like pain intensity and duration.
For severe acute neck pain resulting from an accident or injury, doctors recommend bed rest, a neck brace or collar, and cold treatment (such as an ice pack) for neck pain relief. Heat (such as that from a heating

pad) and physical therapy are usually recommended for treating chronic neck pain. Physical therapy should address risk factors and preventative care along with providing neck pain relief. This may involve massage, electrical stimulation, stretching, exercise, or other modalities.

A recent European study divided patients into three groups for treatment. The group that received traditional Chinese acupuncture reported the most significant neck pain relief in the short term and over time, compared with those that underwent massage therapy or laser treatment.

Whether you choose massage, acupuncture, or physical therapy, it is important to find a certified professional whose skill you are confident in – any of these performed incorrectly can actually do more harm than good. Don’t be afraid to try new therapies or combine several types of treatment together – your neck is unique, and your treatment can be too. Take a hot shower and let the water run on your neck for a while and take some pain medicine. It should get better in a day or so.

If it doesn't - or you're in a lot of pain - see the doctor.

You gonna have to give excercise to it or move your head side-to-side but slowly, which will gradually stretch the constricted spasm and nerves. This would give tremendous relief after a while and also a Pain killer for spasm just once a day is fine. Avoid staying "stiff" around the neck area.
