I would recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer of Enbrel. You can contact them by going to: http://www.enbrel.com

On the site look for a section that may have a listing of countries in a drop box. If your country is not listed look for a "Contact Us" section where you can e-mail to try and find out if it's available in your country and also get an idea on price.
