Probably no problem. Canada only considers your record for when you are 18 and over.

Depends on your current age, somewhat.

Usually, all records for minors are sealed once they reach the age of majority (in their state or province where they reside). This means that if you're older than 21 (and probably if you're older than 19), the records have been sealed and will not show up on a customs check.

However, you DO have two unusual strikes against you.

Crime #1 was a felony - if it was for assault (particularly with a weapon), the chances are that it will trip the customs guard to at least ask you more questions. It might be enough to not allow entry.

Crime #2 was a DUI - compounded with the fact that it occurred while you were underage. Canadians take DUIs and DWIs seriously; if it happened in the last 10 years, the chances are pretty high that you would not be allowed entry. It's even more guaranteed to work that way because you were also underage at the time.

The only good thing about the incident is that it resulted in a charge - not a conviction ... but even that's enough to give the right to refuse entry to you. A conviction would require them to refuse you, even for a first offense.
