Most people don't eat enough fish. I've heard that we should include fish in our meal at least one per week to see health benefits. I don't eat much fish--not even once per week--but what if I take a fish oil supplement once per week. Will I see benefits?

I really don't want to have to take a daily dose of supplements.

Any knowledge or experience with this would be helpful,

Studies now suggest that having fish 2 times a week will have cardiovascular benefits. So, try taking your fish oil twice a week instead of once. You'll have increased benefits without too much extra hassle.

Any fish oil will help, but a daily supplement will help more than a weekly one.

A fish oil supplement CAN be beneficial, but it SHOULD be taken daily!
