I hurt my hands typing also my shoulders and neck.. There mostly better but what can I do to help.. And it hurts when I write stuff for school like homework.. They seem to get better after I stopped writing and seem to get better every day but what can I do to help it and is it OK to write a little during the day

place a moist heating pad or hot towels across your neck and shoulders for fifteen minutes, several times a day. Afterwards massage an analgesic cream into the area. This is going to help loosen up the stiff muscles. Take Advil liquid capsules four times daily for Pain and inflammation.

take a break from typing for three days. Your body needs to recover from over use. Afterwards when you write take a break every fifteen minutes and move around so that you are not placing stress on the muscles continually.
