Thanks for the support, everyone. Byderule's question about my account suspension got 18 stars and 21 answers, all supportive (except Mr. Jello, of course).

As a result of my protests of the wrongful suspension (for which I used everyone's support in byderule's question as evidence on my behalf), Y!A concluded the following:

"We appreciate your inquiry about your suspension from Yahoo! Answers.

We reviewed your case, and have decided to reinstate your account. We have also restored your points on Yahoo! Answers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We appreciate your continued compliance with the Yahoo! Terms of Service and the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines"

Y!A had already denied my previous inquiry, so it took some persistence. Poor policy that they simply suspend people without warning or justification.

But anyway, thanks again for the support and kind words

Wow. Sorry about your suspension. If Y!A is so overwhelmed with work, they can't be bothered to look into their own suspensions before they act, they need to hire more employees.

Well done dana1981 - there are so many thousand questions on YA . I think we should forgive them. It is a free service. (edited)

Edited Comment: MrJello has blocked me. Mildly irritating as I would have liked to see his question and answers about mass hysteria in Georgian legislators but oh well. Anyone else had similar experience?

I think I almost always disagree with you but have never seen you say or do anything to get denied. Sometimes YA is a little too careful about offending people and a lively discussion gets banned.

The Gospel of John financial disaster 20 verses 22-23 tells how Jesus gave the apostles the capability to forgive sins. absolutely everyone who rejects this additionally rejects the Gospel of John. Jesus grew to become into chatting with the apostles whilst Jesus suggested to them: get carry of the Holy Spirit. in case you forgive absolutely everyone's sins, they're forgiven. in case you save absolutely everyone's sins, they're retained. Jesus Christ empowered the Church with the capability of the Holy Spirit to forgive sins. That present is unquestionably recorded in the Bible. The Catholic Church is the unique Christian church and by apostolic succession the capability to forgive sins is contemporary immediately in all Catholic clergymen. that is not purely sparkling sacred custom, yet additionally very sparkling in sacred scripture. Jesus needed to offer us a manner sooner or later to have our sins forgiven. The crucifixion grew to become into all that grew to become into mandatory as a sacrifice, however the grace of forgiveness of that captivating journey is prolonged to human beings in my opinion and in my opinion throughout the time of the sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation. whilst a sinner confesses his or her sins to a Catholic priest, and the priest absolves the guy of his or her sins, that guy or woman can optimistically be responsive to that he or she is unquestionably reconciled with God. Jesus gave us this sacrament to enable us to relish this forgiveness in a private and convey way. i'm Roman Catholic. Peace be with you.
