No, I don't think you look fat. You might have a chubbier face, but it looks like you're at a decent weight.
If you'd like to get in shape, however, I'd suggest doing 45-60 minutes of cardio every other day (if possible), so you'll lose weight throughout your whole body!

You'd be even cuter if you smiled more... You don't look heavy at all. I bet you're into a lot of sports. You have an athletic build. You're very young as well so your body is still making up it's mind where to land. Don't dwell on these little things. Just eat right, watch the junk food and walk or jog for half an hour 5 to 6 times a week. It's never too early to adopt a healthy lifestyle...Good luck.

No your maybe like 2 pounds overweight but just do some sit ups, squats, and lunges and you should lose it in a snap. you have big boobs so you should be proud of that. hehe and your not fat at all. try going to Curves (the gym). im 13 and i go there with my mom. I lost so much weight and i have alot of muscle now. If your under like 18 years old its only like $10 a month. good luck.

Your not fat! You have an athletic build and would benefit most by joining some sort of sport or excersing regularly, say maybe some aerobics or lifting weights, these will build muscle and tone you up :)

the problem isn't your weight its low self-esteem. im not good enough- im a loser mentality off from you...and start seeing what you really look like...to me you look just fine the only thing your missing is a smile...but the one thing i would mention is this a flow type of hairstyle w/somewhat banes easy & go ...you w/look good in light purple...baby blues...shimmer pink lipgloss...gold jewerly... smile ok and whoever said you need to loose 10 to 15 pds are focusing on your butt & legs but look a little bit closer you can tell you have muscle a cheerleaders body...smile ok
