Los Angeles county beaches start from the south at the southern tip of the city of Long Beach (near Seal Beach, which is the next county south) and to the north at Leo Carrillo State Beach. You're looking at apx. 100 miles of coastline there. Enjoy!

Boy! We are talking about maybe something like over a hundred, depending on taste, it could start off in Malibu, or down to Pacific Palisades, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, and in between, Marina del Rey for instance, there are lots of places, and the Ventura County line, also don't forget Santa Barbara, Cambria, Carmel, are some of the best places for weddings, (out of Los Angeles County, but still not too far)

A lot. Maybe 60-70-80 or so. San Pedro, Malibu, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach would be a nice wedding place.

It very much depends on the size of your wedding party.
If it's a small wedding, it doesn't matter. If it's large, you may need a permit.
Decide on the city first, the you can make the rest of the arrangements.
