Opt out of what? Credit soliciations? This shouldn't affect your credit score, except that it may prevent you from being tempted to open new accounts, which may be what the broker (what kind of broker) is talking about?

Absolutely no affect on your credit score. It just gets rid of all those credit card offers in your mail box
