I'm female, 19 years old, if that matters...and I'm taking 2 pills a time and there's 12 in the box. It doesn't say how often I should take it. I'm also taking it with Ibuprofen and One-A-Day Women's vitamins.

Hope your eating with it too. Check the label again, but I'm pretty sure it's every 6 hours if your taking two. Take Tylenol instead of ibuprofen. You can always ask the pharmacy counter of your grocery or drug store.

I would think that your doc would prescribed it to you... Take the red sudafed that is like 30 miligrams... That's what I was told to take from the doc

Not more than twice a day, not at night time and not for euphoric effect.
