If i burn 300 calories per day why shouldn't i eat 300 calories per day too?

Because it takes energy to run your internal organs! You burn about 1200 calories a day just from your internal organs and system work and sleep. If you only eat 300 your body goes into stress mode- the heart works harder to pump blood- the liver to rid you of toxins and so on. Eat at least 1500 per day is you are physically active!

Well, that is the concept behind weight maintenance -- to take in only the number of calories you burn in a day. Problem with your example is that we all burn many more than 300 calories per day, even if we were confined to bed and totally motionless, most of us would burn in excess of 1,000 calories per day.

Because your body needs a certain amount of calories to maintain you involuntary organs, such as breathing, standing, talking, etc.

You should burn MORE calories that you eat, to lose fat. Plus you could not function at all only eating 300 calories.

because you'd starve, and u use calories in other ways than working out, walking, "living...>_>"

you should eat at least 2000 calories per day....1800 or something if you're dieting. most people eat than that though.
