Well how much would I lose...I'd only drink water and vitamin water and ice tea

Have you taken your weight before you started taking fruits and salads? If so now again take the weigh and you will know how much you have lose.

probably quite a bit. meat is too heavy for the body and takes too long to digest,therefore staying in your body much longer than fruits and veggies can make your system toxic if it stays in there too long. fruits and veggies contain a lot of vitamins and consist mostly of fiber and water. if you're worried about protein take a supplement. way to go on your good eating habits.

alot but youd have to check yourself into an institution because you would go crazy eating the same tasteless stuff all the time. Plus after the month if you started eating normally again the weight would fly back on!!

just eat steam veg oat meal breakfast and half a sandwich and soup for diner drink water with your meals and don't forget to walk and fruit you need fiver
