Can anyone reccomend a good body wash for preventing/healing Eczema?

I've head or these; do they actually work?

Try using Cetaphil...It comes in bar soap, face wash, and lotion. You can buy it at wal mart there is also a generic walmart brand that works just as good.

some moisturizing body washes can temporarily alleviate the itching but, the only thing i'v found to get rid of it is ointment from the doc.

go to ure doctor my little brother had it. he will give u cream to use after the bath and while ure at work etc it works may take a while though.
