She had a cool, down to earth personality - not a B I T C H. She's easygoing, one of the guys yet very girlie and knows how to take care of herself.
She's not "gorgeous" but very simple and has a cute face.
Would a shy guy be intimidated? and even if they're friends for a while, would he always be intimidated by her inner and outer beauty?

Yep, intimidated at the moment actually. The key is to get us to trust you (this can be very difficult), to let us know verbally that you're interested in us and only us. Eventually we open up (some of us at least).

I would be safe to say that most guys shy or not are intimidated by really pretty girls, just cause they don't want to take a chance on being rejected.
