There is always hope that the unbeliever will have a change of heart and accept the lord

Hell is defined as life without God by willfully turning away from Him, so He would not send you to Hell, you have free will. To the unbeliever Heaven would be Hell, imagine you are an atheist and you are forced to live in a monastery with monks, would that not be Hell ?God is love and forgiving, I do not believe in the general perception of Hell.

The first death is the separation of body and spirit and the corruption of the body. The second death is hell. After Judgement day there is the second death. Humans are not as the animals we were created in the image of God so we endure forever. God's perfect justice demands complete payment for sin, that payment shall necessarily endur for eternity, it is like infinite. If we could pay for our sins completely then we could come into heaven afterwards, but that shall never happen.

Not sure... but I am surprised at the people who are trying to logically explain why God CAN'T do that... as if God is limited to what mankind writes in a book that mankind calls Holy (Rather arrogant in my opinion). But if we're going to get technical, according to the Bible, hell is the grave.... Unless, of course, God changed definitions from the Old Test to the New Test (Why not? He changed the definition of Soul from the Old Test to the New... in the Old Test, the SOul is Spirit + the Body... it isn't interchangeable with Spirit)

Because the soul is eternal. So, in killing the mortal man, the soul would then still either go to heaven or hell. Since God is holy and requires sinful perfection to enjoy communion in heaven with Him (earned by Christ's death on the cross and applied to those who believe this by faith and repent of their sins), He would just be ushering them to hell more quickly. So, God is merciful in one sense by allowing the reprobate some measure of comfort in this life before eternal damnation for the just punishment of their sins.

Why should God let any of us into His kingdom- we all deserve hell!
But through His wonderful grace and mercy, He has made a way through Jesus Christ-- when we believe and confess our sins to Him-- repent of them. HE gives us new heart, a desire to not sin- and to live for Him.
We are free through Christ, free from hell. There is punishment for sin- God is JUST and HOLY. Sin separates you forever from God. We all deserve hell, we have all sinned against Him ( Romans 3:23) Look at His Law, ask yourself if you have broken any of His commandments--- that is sin. Whatever goes against God, is sin.
And every single one of us has sinned against God at least once- and only one sin will keep you out of heaven. That is why we must cling to the cross of Jesus Christ! Look to what HE did for us, so we would not have to suffer eternity in hell- God made a way! And nothing you can do can get you there, but simply by BELIEVING in Jesus Christ- that He died and rose again- confessing your sins to Him, acknowledging you are a sinner- and need HIS forgiveness. ( See Romans 10)

Hi, Dos. God designed humans in his own image. He wants us to freely choose to know him, love him, and serve him, and he wants us to live with him forever. He would not kill us because he loves us.

Because we are free agents, we can choose to love him or to try to make ourselves gods, rejecting his plans. If we reject God, we exile ourselves from him. As long as we live, we can repent and join God and live with him forever. One of the thieves crucified next to Jesus decided to repent during the agony of execution, and when he died that day, he was in heaven.

The happy fact is that God does not send anyone to hell, but the sad reality is that many people exile themselves to hell. After they die in rebellion against God, there is no longer any opportunity to repent. As creatures made in God's image, they still live forever, but it is an eternity of bitter regret.

It may be useful to know that the fire and flames in poetic descriptions of hell are not to be taken literally. Those in hell are not tortured; they are simply permanently, completely alone.

We are in hell. God created us and Lucifer was jealous and turned us into his reflection, so we're already there and killing is wrong, unless it's Lucifer himself, but he's a psychopathic coward and won't show up to get killed.

God will give everyone a chance to repent and believe in Him. If they choose not to believe, they will ultimatley die 2 deaths: going to Hell is like a second death, if you will.

That is what sending to hell means - to kill.

Otherwise eternal life has no meaning.
