wipe the outside of the eye. If the eye itself needs cleaned, you can get an eye wash that is meant for dogs. Never wipe the eye itself.. you could scratch the cornea and cause more damage.

Just wipe around the eye area. You can scratch the cornea of the eye if you rub it directly with a tissue or other.

Just try wiping around the eye area,as you may damage the cornea.

just around the eye area. contact with the cornea can scratch it and cause irritation and infection.if you need to remove hair or dirt from the eye use an eye wash or saline solution and squirt a small amount in eye to remove foriegn body.

use a soft cloth & warm water only..
