Christians and other interested people, what do you think of this video?

Suzanne, that's not what Jesus promised. All an amputee should have to do is ask God for a new arm, and if he has faith in Jesus, his prayer will be answered. Your making what the video called an absurd rationalization.

It's a good video with excellent questions (although his voice is a bit dull and distracting).

I believe the answer to all the questions is: Christians compartmentalize their reason. It is the only way to believe the claims of the Bible and yet live in a world that clearly works under entirely different principles.

This person seriously has it out for Christians. I don't beleive the Greek gods (which I beleive in) created the universe, yet why can't they have control over CERTAIN human aspects of life. "People who beleive in imagiary beings are delusional." That is simply not true. If that man wanted to convert Christians, then the ones who still had to do more research would be completely offended and not even look into it. That video has very little validity to it.

To start with the first mistake was to associate intelligence with going to collage, I have met many collage graduates with no common sense of which some of them can be found working at McDonald's.And all collage graduates have been slightly brainwashed by a certain way of thinking by being taught theory as fact. although there are some extremely intelligent collage graduates. however they are smart enough to know some uneducated people are smarter than them.because most education comes from life not classrooms.
And your ten questions are ridiculous, for example people are starving because of rich people who waste and turn their heads. GOD supplied this planet with all it needs and said to love your neighbor as yourself. instead they hoard what they can and miss use what GOD has given them including their brain.
but instead of following his instructions you want to blame him or deny him because of your own actions.
also the harsh instructions of the old testament are no more severe than today's medical community which would cut off or remove any cancer or rotting flesh to protect the whole. or remove a plague victim from the rest of the family.
As far as amputees has he not gave man the intelligents to replace more and more of these, can one not survive without a limb. is not blindness more severe than losing a limb, has miracles gave back sight.
I stoped watching after the third question I found it a waste of time.

It's hard to imagine how anyone can believe in the god of the bible after watching this. Either you bend your logic to your religion, or you bend your religion to logic. I, for one, chose logic. Thanks for pointing me to that video. I think I'll have to share that with some friends.

"Why doesn't God heal amputees?"

That's the oldest -- and easiest -- question. We DON'T get everything we want from God, only what we need. God isn't our servant, and He doesn't have to do whatever we tell Him to! When it suits Him, a miracle happens. We don't control Him, we SERVE Him.
